In the spirit of Mystery Science Theater, only not nearly as good. Hopefully comedic riffing on top of Coronet's 1950 guidance flick
Control Your Emotions out of the Prelinger Archive.
It's a first effort and the audio peaks badly at some points.
Original source material - Control Your Emotions, produced by Coronet.

Interesting
Interesting how back then they thought of how to control your emotions.
Maybe they should do one for todays attitudes

The film is funny enough
I hate to be a wet blanket, and I'd like to be polite and give credit where credit is due, but the overdubbed commentary made the film less funny. These old educational films are hilarious enough without some guy making dull, amateurish and distracting comments. Hey! Down in front! 3 stars for finding and posting this precious old film, minus 2 stars for wrecking it.

Spock would be proud!
I've been a fan of Inventing Situations for a while, and I was really excited to see this do-it-yourself MST. Notwithstanding some distracting audio technical difficulties (especially at the beginning) I thought it was very well done and VERY funny. Perhaps as funny as MST3K, but in a different way. I hope you do more soon; I can't wait to see them!

Must be that time of the month...
This film was just begging to be MSTed, and the overdub version here does a pretty good job of it. There are many lines that elicit out-loud laughter, as well as--let's be honest--some that just aren't that funny. If it weren't for the perfect voice the narrator has, I might have not enjoyed this film. However, it's fun and definitely worth your time, MST3K fan or not. A capable addition to a genre with a "habit of failing."
